Efficiency of a diaphragm pump highly depends on the quality of a check valve. Our diaphragm pumps consist of self-designed check valves that control and optimize the contact pressure between a diaphragm and a stage which creates the best contact situation. As a result, the pumps are able to realize stable self-priming and flow characteristics.
Also, our diaphragm pumps surpass the competition in corrosion resistance and are made of internal parts optimally selected based on the fluid used. These features enable the pumps to be utilized in a wide range of cutting-edge fields such as cell separation, 3D printing, industrial printing, the life sciences and new production processes.

Namiki supplies, based on our high efficiency motors, both liquid pump and air pump with diaphragm system which has advantages of miniature size, light weight and high chemical resistance.
The pumps are maintenance free and produce low acoustic noise, and thanks to the Namiki original valve system, they perfectly prevent the backflow and keep the accuracy of flow even contaminated by foreign material.
